Can’t find device on network and no image output

I left the device (XT245) running all night hooked up to projector with a scheduled presentation to start when I got in. With the hopes of confirming everything was set up correctly. But now not only did the presentation not run, brightauthor connect can’t locate the device on the network and when I hook it up to a different screen, I’m not getting any video out put. All I’ve done is the most basic upload a video and tell it to play at a specific time for 10 mins and stop

All I’ve done is the most basic upload a video and tell it to play at a specific time for 10 mins and stop

    Your BrightSign XT245 player seems to have crashed or frozen, leading to no video output and being undetectable by BrightAuthor Connect. The primary fix is to power cycle the device by unplugging it for 10-15 seconds and then plugging it back in. Also, check the LED indicator lights after power-up, and reseat or try a different SD card. Ensure your HDMI cable and display are working correctly. If these steps fail, there might be a corrupted presentation or a more serious hardware/firmware issue requiring further troubleshooting, possibly involving a forced firmware update or a factory reset as a last resort.
