Hello Community,
I'm looking for some guidance/feedback about a specific setup, the idea is to use an AU335 and 3 Headphone Cups to playback 3 independent audio tracks when users hold the headphone cup triggering (GPIO) the correspondent audio. What would be the best approach in this case for the audio distribution ? 3.5mm output stereo to mono (2) and the third output using eArc ?

tyler Hello,
Great concept — using an AU335 with 3 headphone cups, each triggering and playing independent audio via GPIO, is very doable with a thoughtful audio distribution setup. Here's a breakdown of your proposed design and the most efficient way to achieve it.1x AU335 (likely a USB or SoC board capable of GPIO and audio playback).
3x Headphone Cups, each triggering via GPIO.
Each headphone cup plays a different audio track when picked up.
Use of 3.5mm stereo output and possibly eARC for audio output.
Best Regards
