Hi there.
Is there a way to edit tags in BSN.cloud? I'd like to see a list of all the existing tags and potentially modify, add, and/or delete them.
Also, is there any way to add a tag to multiple pieces of content as a batch?

You can see existing tags by going into the Content Library or Devices section and inspecting individual items.In the Content tab, when you go to tag an item, BSN.cloud auto-suggests existing tags, which helps identify what's already been used.Edit a Tag: You cannot rename a tag globally. To "edit" a tag, you'd need to:Manually remove the old tag from content or devices.Apply the new tag in its place.You can select multiple items and assign tags from within BrightAuthor:connected.If you're trying to manage a lot of content/devices and tagging is a key workflow, I'd recommend exploring the API route or contacting BrightSign support to see if bulk-tag management tools are available for your account tier.This works better for local project management before uploading to BSN.cloud

bekkygox In my workflow, I usually remove old tags manually and re-apply new ones in BrightAuthor first before syncing to BSN.cloud.
