I’m testing a video created using CapCut (exported at 1080p, 30fps, high bitrate ~18Mbps H.264) on a BrightSign HD224, but I’m experiencing occasional stutters and frame drops during playback. The video plays fine on desktop and Android devices, but the BrightSign player struggles about 20–30 seconds in.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

Converted the file using HandBrake to lower bitrate (around 10Mbps), but the quality drops too much

Switched from MP4 to MOV – same issue

Updated firmware to the latest stable release

Verified SD card is UHS-I and fast enough
Has anyone run into this with videos exported from mobile editing apps like CapCut or InShot? Is there an optimal export setting or format for smooth playback on BrightSign players?
