I’m running into an issue with streaming apps on my BrightSign player (model XT1144). Everything else seems to be working fine, but whenever I try to launch certain streaming apps (like YouTube or another custom streaming channel), the app either freezes on the loading screen or crashes back to the main menu.
A few details:

Firmware is up to date (v[insert version])

Internet connection is stable (tested on other devices)

Local video playback works without any problems

Tried rebooting and even factory resetting, but the issue persists
Has anyone else experienced this problem with streaming apps not loading properly? Is there a specific configuration or update I might be missing?
