After using the BSN to create my setup, the player goes through the process but ends up with Contact Appspace support for information. Looks like we cannot retrieve your registration code
I have verified internet and successful download of the config by making a recording. Any ideas?

Double-check that the device is properly assigned in Appspace and linked to the correct network.
