Is there a way I can contact tech support by phone or potentially get a ticket escalated? I have a ticket (440413 if any Brightsign tech support people are looking) and I have not had a response on it for 2 weeks, despite follow up messages. The ticket is concerning a motherboard issue on an LS425 that I am trying to get RMAed, but have not heard anything since submitting the RMA form. I just want to get this resolved.
