Backing up a complete ba:connected account

I am suddenly required (because reasons... company IT policy) to provide a complete local backup of our ba:connected account. What makes this a little less straightforward is that there is no single computer with ba:connected installed where I could pull this data from; various people worked on that system, from various machines, some of which do not even exist any more. All I have to work from is the actual account at bsn.cloud. How would I go about this?

    Hello,
    Given that your content and presentation files are hosted on the BSN.cloud Content Cloud service, the direct local backup must be performed through the BrightAuthor:connected application, which is the user interface for your account. You will need to install BrightAuthor:connected on a computer, sign in to your BSN.cloud account, and then manually export or download all your presentation projects and associated media assets from the cloud library to a designated hctra org local storage location to fulfill the backup requirement. Unfortunately, there is no direct "download all account data" feature via the bsn.cloud web portal; you must use the application to pull the content you created.
