I'm attempting to display a music website on a BrightSign HD224 player in portrait orientation, but I'm encountering some challenges.
Setup Details:

Network: Wired Ethernet connection
Issue:
I've configured the player using BrightAuthor:connected, added the HTML5 widget, and set the URL to the desired website. However, when the presentation runs, the screen remains blank, and the website does not load.
What I've Tried:

Verified network connectivity; the player can access other online resources.

Tested the website on a standard browser to ensure it's accessible.
