I have multiple sets of Brightwall presentations that have stopped syncing. They are not interactive presentations but ones set up as BrightWalls. Please help!

Mark Richards I know I'm late to this but make sure your brightwall presentations are assigned to different domain numbers, otherwise you will have multiple synchronisation signals on your network from different brightwall groups that are fighting for control of the same domain ID.
File > Brightwall presentation properties > Configuration tab > Edit Brightwall configuration.
Domain ID is the the bottom left.
