Hi all, I have read over all discussions that apply to this error, checking ports 80, 8008, 8080 are not blocked - they are not! I have reconfigured the devices SD Card for Local File Network (remotely) and all seemed to go according to the instructions found on the Brightsign site.
My Network team has assured me that the application is not being blocked and I have re-installed Bonjour. For the XD230, I have BrightAuthor 18.104.22.168 as suggested and the firmware is 6.1.76. I can remote into the device via the web address but cannot add it my BrightAuthor managed device list.
Any suggestions here would be fantastic.
