Hello,
I am trying to update a file on our BrightSign network. I edited it in BrightAuthor on the desktop of my PC. I logged into the admin BrightSign network account on BrightAuthor and clicked "Upload to network" I received the error "Error copying file "..." . Press 'Upload to network' to restart the upload."
I then tried uploading the BrightAuthor through the browser to the BrightSign Network, Library tab. It showed upload successful but I don't see the file on there or the presentation on there.
I cannot find instructional documentation for using the BrightSign network.
