Network connection is getting reset on port 55537

Hi, We are using XT1144 version of BrightSign player. We have been struggling with our network team to get 55537 opened up for the AppSpace sync option to work. Though finally the port is opened, the connection from proxy server to BS player on port 55537 is fine, but when BS tries to reach back proxy on the same port, the connection is getting reset.
