HTML5 Website CHECK_MK

Hello together
We are streaming a website via HTML5 and since a few days it is no longer displayed. We have tried it on any devices and suspect that it is the browser from BrightSign. What can be done about it? On the photo with the counts it works correctly and the empty photo is a snapshot from the BrightSign. In the photo with the counts, the exact same link was opened in an Edge browser. We are using the BA Connected 1.7.10 and the device has 8.4.14. It is an internal Website with https.
