I have in a sportsbar 6 pieces xd1132 with 6 satellite boxes installed (hdmi-in).
In my layout the live input is combines with tickers, clock, images,....
Is it possible to stream the complete layout to the network ?
I want to make a monitor panel (html page) where i can preview al 6 players on one screen.
The question is: can I stream complete layouts or only one mpg file ?
Yes, but only if the directv signal is not hdcp protected. If it is, then the directv content won't get streamed; it's not allowed by the HDCP protection. if it's non protected content, then yes, it can be streamed. You can use a plugin to stream the output of your unit so anything on the display is streamed.
The units do support a remote snapshot feature where they'll take a picture of their output ever x minutes and save it.
So I can make a layout with live tv + a background + a ticker and stream that complete layout ?
