I'm trying to set up scrolling text in Bright Author to our XD1132's.
I set up a ticker zone, choose text, selected a file I created that is a .txt. The problem is even though the scrolling option is selected it does not scroll.
Hitting enter to create new lines does make he ticker rotate through the lines, but it does not show all the text and it cuts rather than scroll.
What you are looking for is in the Ticker Zone Properties.
That is what I was explaining. That process is not working. Setting Text Appearance to Scrolling is not making my text scroll.

I have good news for you. You were correct. The scrolling text is not working in the BrightAuthor preview, but it does if published to a BrightSign player.
A word of advice. Use sorter names for media files, and avoid special characters like @.
