Is anybody knows how the new "remote view" function works ?

    I would expect it to work just like the remote snapshot, only live video.

    Hopefully they would then add remote mouse, so we can remotely interact with a touch enabled presentation...

    Teamviewer style...

    Would be useful for after hours remote quality checks

    Any update on this feature? Does it even exist? There's no documentation on it other than this: https://www.brightsign.biz/key-features/remote-view. And it's marketed as a feature. Would be much more useful than the Remote Snapshot.

    Am I missing something?
