BrightSign Network Logs loss

Hi Support,

I configuration all brightSign player to send logs to BrighSign Network at 6.00 every day. (Below my picture)

But it have some day logs is loss.

Below my picture loss 4 day.

But some BrightSign Player loss 1 day

I don't know in same logs configuration why some brightSign Player logs is loss.

Please help me, my customer want to see playback logs every day.

    The logs may appear on the network with delay. Can you check again?
