Hi Support,
I configuration all brightSign player to send logs to BrighSign Network at 6.00 every day. (Below my picture)

But it have some day logs is loss.
Below my picture loss 4 day.

But some BrightSign Player loss 1 day

I don't know in same logs configuration why some brightSign Player logs is loss.
Please help me, my customer want to see playback logs every day.
