Set up of new HD223 Time clock problem?

 I thought everything was fine - have been running my single screen, micro-SD project on a monitor just fine every morning until the player suddenly stops working. I am starting to think my event timing is off - I have BAuthor set to turn off at 6 pm Arizona Time, but I think it quits running around 3 pm.  After that ( after 3:00) I not get the player going. The BrightAuthor software is set to turn off at 6 pm.  Now I can not go back to see if my player was set up properly?  How can I check the Player's time clock/zone is actually set to my Arizona time??? I tried to reset the player but it did not work. I can not get into the initial screen set up--my PC screen asks for a user name and password?   

Very stress. Past my deadline, Spent a lot of time and money on this. Brigtsign has not called back. Waiting two days..

    You can check the player time from the diagnostics web page, by pointing a web browser to the player IP address.
    If you see a login page, enter admin for username and the player's serial for password.

    Who did you call and leave a message with? I don't see any support tickets from you.

    We don't have call-in phone support, just paid callbacks.
