Issues with XT1143 Live TV either flickering or not working at all

I have two XT1143 units. Each one is connected to different types of TV's. One is a Samsung and one is a Sony Aquos. We are able to get live TV on the for maybe a couple minutes and then the Image starts to flicker and they ultimately stops working. I've tried every single resolution and FPS that is offered in the Presentation Properties and none of them gives me consistent live tv. I've tried just loading a single zone with only live tv and still have the same results. If I plug our HD cable box directly into the TV, our TV feed works with no issues on both TV's. All HDMI cables have been replaced with all brand new cables.

Any help would be appreciated.

    what firmware are you testing with? what brand and model cable box is it?

    I'd like to try and see if setting the live video widget to restart every 30 seconds affects the problem you're seeing.

     

    Is the unit on the network?  If so, can you log into the player? If so, it would be good to get  a copy of the system log from the log tab.
