Twitter not displaying on XD-232 Player

Using BrightAuthor 4.4.0.15.  Publishing to XD-232 player running firmware 6.2.45.  Added twitter feed to presentation and provided proper credentials.  Seems to publish fine, but zone hosting Twitter feed never shows any posts from twitter feed.  It's just black..

Ideas?

    Is the unit otherwise able to playback content from the internet like an rss feed or mrss feed or website? My first assumption would be lack of internet connectivity.

    I have the same issue on a HD223.  Blank screen on publish.  If I preview it locks my twitter account for "unusual activity".

    You could look into changing the player's User Agent, so that Twitter would see the player as any other web browser...

    Make sure the zone isn't too small as the word-wrap may push all/most words off the screen.  Font size is determined based on the zone's height.

    Also make sure the Twitter account you're following has actual text content.  Ticker zones will show only text.

    To get images/other you need to use a Twitter widget in HTML page displayed in an HTML5 state.

    add data-chrome="noscrollbar nofooter" in the anchor to remove the scrollbars and reply box
