is it possible to send (Bytes/Strings) via USB?
It seems, that there is no Advanced/Send option for it, can it be done by BrightScript?

Shaun I don't believe so. However, happy to be proven wrong!
What are you attempting to control?
If it's a micro with a serial port interface such as FTDI over USB it should show up as a serial port and then you can talk to it as a serial port.
The Diagnostic web-server logs may give you some insight into what the BS player thinks it is seeing.
