BA 4.3.0.16 uploading to BSNEE - file count limit?

I get an error when attempting to Upload an HTML5 presentation, containing 488 files to our BSNEE.

 

First I get a warning from BA asking "HTML Site "presentation-name" contains 488 files.  Do you want to proceed?".

After clicking yes I get progress bar followed by

"Error uploading HTML Site "Presentation-name" to the network".

    I can upload other HTML presentations fine.  Just not this one.  We trimmed as many files out as we could but we still fail.

    And our total package size is under 10MB.  No individual file is larger than 5MB.

    What BSNEE version do you have?

    Please reproduce the problem one more time, then close BrightAuthor, retrieve and send eventLog.txt file.

    eventLog file can be found in this folder:

    %localappdata%\BrightSign\BrightAuthor\4.3.0.16

     

    Try try to upload web site using BSN Web UI. Sign into your account, go to Edit tab > Add HTML Presentation. See instructions here:

    Before you start web site upload, click F12 key in your web browser window and select Network tab. Then start web site upload. If you get error, take a screenshot and post it here. Also, please send zip file which you're uploading to BSNEE.
