"Network error attempting to edit unit" - BrightAuthor

Hi guys,

We've been getting the above error when trying to edit XD232's on BrightAuthor for the last week or so. Does anyone have any knowledge of why this error happens? Nothing has changed with our setup.

We're currently having to log into the website to edit any settings on our 232's which is not ideal.

We are using the most recent BA and Firmware.

    I am getting the error message "put the disk for recovery: when I put the empty disk it says "Attempting to network recovery"

    Hermant, please don't re-post an identical reply when neither message has anything to do with the original question. I would recommend contacting support.

    What is the answer to this question that I am asking since july. I bought this XD232 in 2016 and going to thru the trouble of not able to connect to the server when I am paying every year the fee for the hosting.
