I'm new to BrightSign, but I've been tasked with finding out the issue going on with this unit. It's on a site a couple hundred miles away, so I haven't been to it yet to troubleshoot, but was hoping someone here could offer me some insight as to what's possibly going on. The site has several HD1022 units, and one of them just started showing the splash screen and nothing else. The site says they've power cycled it.
I plan on trying to reload the files, and update the firmware (splash screen says it's on v5.1.33), but I was wondering what else I should try when I go down there?
