we want to show artist And title in an ticker or live text.
the file is an txt file with artist - title in it.
the file refreshes when the radio playout starts an new track.
the file is only available in txt format, and reachable via local network.

The player can't retrieve your file from a shared drive so that text file would need to be hosted on your local webserver. A plugin can then be used to download the text file and retrieve the information from it and store that info in a variable so you can display it on the screen. Or use it in a livetext object.
