Dear Sir/Madam,

 

Where can we get documentation for integrating brightsign players to our cms, we need player app API

    Hi Zurab,

    I sent your contact information to our Partner Integration Specialist. The normal process is that he will get in touch with you, discuss your solution, and then get you all the information you need.  Unfortunately he is out of the office for a bit, but I'll ask him to follow up when he's back in the office at the end of next week.

    I dont think the link you provided has any info on the player API its just BS network Api.

    Dear Matt,

     

    I think you didn't understand. There is no solution. We just require an API for the player so that we can integrate it in our CMS. Every other player manufacturer has this API and are easily accessible.

    As per Matt's earlier comment, we also have a standard documents/files package that we provide to CMS integrators. Once you've made contact with our colleague, responsible for partner integration, you should be able to get your hands on this package.

    Dear Romeo,

     

    This not what we need. We are not planning to write an application for the BS player, we want to use an existing BS application and integrate it to our CMS using.

    Hi,

     

    Any news on this?. Please let us know if you are planning to collaborate with us, we are happy to forget about brightsign if we don't hear from you guys regarding the player API, which will be very disappointing because we have a vey large order which we need to fulfil  soom and we are testing suitable players; for some reason I thought you guys had much better service.
