Playing Blu-Ray through XT1143

We are attempting to play a Blu-Ray disc from a Tascam BD-01U Blu-Ray player through our XT-1143. I can see the main menu of the Blu-Ray player, but I cannot see any content from the disc itself. I know the XT-1143 is supposed to be HDCP compliant, so is there something I'm doing wrong?

    Also, I can get picture from a DVD, but it goes black every few seconds while playing.

    Is the display connected to the player HDCP compliant? The entire signal chain needs to support HDCP in order to display HDCP-protected content.

    It's going to a Christie D13HD-HS projector which is HDCP compliant. The content is going to a smaller zone than full screen, but is still a 16:9 window.
