My Ethernet port is lit up for the green light, however my 4 status lights on the side are not lit up at all.
Additionally, when I plug the Ethernet cord into a router, the light on that port does not light up orange like it should. I get no display from the unit either, and I have published content on the SD card.
Furthermore, I have tried holding in the reset button for 6 seconds while plugging in the power cord. No results, no display, no LED indicator lights.

Unfortunately, it could mean bad news. Either the unit's power supply is broken or the player is dead.
Do you have another HD222? Try swapping power supplies between these. If your problem one comes back to life, you'll only need to buy a new power supply. If it doesn't, replacing it altogether will be the only option left.

I now this is an old topic but I have the same problem since today with one of my XD1033.
I have 4 units and 3 units are running without any problem but the 4. only shows the network light.
I already changes the power supply etc. but without effect.
Please help me.
