6.2.147 cannot play media files off sd card?

Hello,

I tried to do a reset but this option was not available...

    Even when I choose no networking it still says "waiting for network connection"...

    Sounds like you want to play media files of the card, so choose Play Media Files.

    It won't let me select that option...

    If you have any other trouble shooting advice it would be greatly appreciated. I'm kind of in a time sensitive situation so if you could give me some advice at your earliest convenience that would be amazing. Thank you!!

    Reboot the player and on the initial screen with the countdown, long press the SVC button.

    If that doesn't work, try a different brand/size SD card
