I'm having issues with the audio from a live video feed that keeps getting out of sync with the video. Rebooting corrects the issue, but it gets oout of sync again fairly quickly. Unit is an XD1230, incoming video is from a Dish network Set top box. Multiple input and output resolutions in 60p and 59.94p have been tried. Audio is being sent via HDMI from STB to Brightsign then output to the TV. Firmware version is 6.1.76, and Brightauthor version 4.6.0.14
A fairly old post suggests downgrading to Firmware version 3.3.78 and it seemed to resolve the issue, but I'd like to know if anyone has any suggestions on getting this to work with the current version, or at least a newer version than that.
