I have an HD1020 and another HD1022. Both updated to latest firmware. I have two videos triggered by button presses. I've tried both .mpg and .ts files for the video. I'm using BrightAuthor 4.6.0.18
My problem is that a few seconds into playing, the video stops and the screen goes blank. I can re-trigger the video to start, but have same results.

Any advice?
After opening your presentation, I can see that there is a 6 sec timer event attached to your videos.
The video playback is interrupted after 6 seconds.

Wow. It's always the simple ones that take me forever to figure out. It looks like I clicked the wrong button in the toolbar when I wanted to have the video go back to state 0 after the video finished playing.

Wow. Even in 2024 there are users (like me), who wonder why every video stops after some seconds. And it was that simple, that I created timeout instead of media end events.
