Player receives 403 Security token error if it has been in multiple customer networks on our BSNEE ver 4.4

We run our own BSNEE 4.4.0.0.  Players that have been used in multiple customer networks (HD1023 used on customer A gets moved to customer B network) will get a 403 Security token error when they attempt to upload a screenshot.  Players that are only ever on one customer network do not have this issue.


We had this occur back when we were running BSNEE 4.1 and BrightSign gave us some code to fix it. 

 

Any of you "power users" addressed this in version 4.4?

    Yep.  This was resolved by a patch from BrightSign.  Open a case with them directly.  This only impacted players on our BSNEE that were moved from one "Network" to another.  Mainly lab players.

    Here are the files that get replaced.  Actually you should only find the dll files.  The other two are new.  We run 4.4.0.0.  I have the files and can link them if you want but I would be nervous about using them if I were you.  I would get them from BrightSign.  But let me know if you want them.
