LS423 device setup blocked in test running

 on 2 player LS423 firmware 6.2.63.

I try to reset to factory the devices via ethernet.

After the reboot they enter in the Device Setup, i set the ethernet parameters and i click to "next" button.

Network diagnostic starts: Ehternet:OK, Internet:OK, Time Server:OK

But the result remains in Test Running.... and a wheel continues to spin indefinitely on the screen.

I wait several minutes but nothing. In this situation, i can only click on the "back" button and restart the Device Setup.

How can I fix it without removing the SD card from the player?

  I've been able to duplicate this problem on two of my players. I'm not sure what's causing this yet, but until this is resolve, please use brightauthor to generate the setup files that you'll then load onto the sd card for each player before powering up.
