I have downloaded BrightAuthor for the LS423 and have a project running on a Samsung commercial panel. I wish to add HTML in an image/video zone. I have already added the HTML Site URL, then gone to Media Library but there is no HTML5 icon to allow me to add to the zone. My understanding is that the LS423 does support Basic HTML5 so it should have the Media Library icon? I do note that BrightAuthor has HD1020 in the top left hand corner so I assume this software supports both models and both are supposed to support HTML5. [I definitely made the download from the LS423 page]. Have I missed a configuration issue?

Bruce Lancashire OK, I've just seen a problem c/- Knowledge Base; the project was started with the default player of HD1020 so no HTML5. If I change the player selection to XD the icon appears BUT I have the latest download of BrightAuthor and LS423 is not in the player list. If I select LS422 the HTML5 icon disappears. NOW WHAT?

Bruce Lancashire Well, I finally found the LS423 and the HTML5 icon......sorry everybody reading this! The player list is not in any sort of logical order so I had to scroll to the top and work my way down instead of assuming the list was sorted.
