How to send udp commands on specific times in a video

I need to be able to have a Brightsign player play a video file and send udp commands to another device (not Brightsign player) at specific times in the video.

Example:

Send udp "command-0" at 1:23 in video

Send udp "command-1" at 1:53 in video

Is this possible to do in BrightAuthor? I'm having trouble finding any examples for sending UDP and triggering events based on time in a video.

    I found a way to do it:

    - Add a video time code event to the video in BrightAuthor.

    - Set the command to "Send" "udp" and add the command.

    - The IP address and port is set in "presentation properties" under interactive tab (puzzles me why that setting is placed there...)
