Unable to Schedule

I am fairly new to Bright Author and have a problem with scheduling I can not figure out.

I work on a college campus and we use bright signs to display our menu options at all of our eateries within our food court.  Each eatery has their own bright sign player example Pizza, Bagel, Pasta, etc.  I can create a menu for any of them and have it active all day, every day with no problem.  However when I try to schedule multiple presentations to the same player at different times.  Or the same presentation and schedule it for differnt time (Breakfast 6:00am - 10:30am, Lunch 11:00am - 3:00pm and Dinner 4:00pm - 8:00pm).  When I publish it I get a blank screen.

    Is it possible that the player's clock is not set to the correct time, or has the wrong timezone?

    If a player was set to allow Diagnostics Web Server, you should be able to check the state of the on board clock, by pointing a web browser to the player's IP address. BrightAuthor can help you with that too. In the Manage Tab, right-click the player, and select Access diagnostics web server.

    You should also make sure that the player has access to a time server, so it can automatically sync its clock.

    A time server could be hosted somewhere on the internet, but could also be hosted at the campus network.
