Is it possible to connect a touchsreen to this player? If so, will it work with USB A to C conversion as its only usb port is version C?

Brandon Yes you can use a USB C (male) to USB A (female) adapter.
Note that you *cannot* use the LS423 USB Audio adapter in conjunction with any other USB devices as it makes the port an audio port and no longer.USB.

Steffen As an example, I use the HDMI port as the audio output, and connects it to a videoprojector or a flatscreen. From these units it is possible to connect to eg. an active speaker system. The reason is, that I often use the USB-C port to turn on/off the videoprojector.

Brandon You can use analog audio -OR- USB on the LS423, but you *CANNOT* use both simultaneously. If your receiving video device has an audio output, that would work, otherwise you would need to use an HDMI audio extractor if you're already using the USB to control the projector.

Steffen Yes, exactly Brandon. And as You mention; An audio extractor is very good to have, I've used it a couple of times. I prefer this one, which I think is very good: Dotstone Hdmi Audio Extractor. But there are many different models on the market to use :-)
