Display OFF Command

Hello,

display off command isn`t working. What´s wrong? I tried it with Time/Clock Event.

 

Is there an other opportunity to interrupt the hdmi signal?

My screen turnes off when no signal, and turnes on when one hdmi signal is detected.

    I have used CEC (BrightControl) over the HDMI cable from BrightSign players to control commercial LG and Samsung displays on/off.  But I had to enable the CEC control on the displays themselves in addition to setting up the command from the player.

     

    Each manufacturer has their own implementation of CEC and you must enable or disable it in the menus of the display (using the remote).  I think LG calls it Simplink.  With Samsung I had to enable the CEC control AND enable the ability to turn the display off via CEC.

    Is it possible to cancel the hdmi output of brightsign player?

    That would be all what I need :)
