I am using a CISCO fule POE+ switch with the XT1143 player. The touch will not work when connected to this switch. If I move it to another switch made by Crestron then the touch will work fine.
Has anyone seen this?

Allen H. Porter I have seen some odd behaviour when using XD1032 players on a POE switch where the POE budget was maxed out. I would assume your XT1143 works fine when connected with the included power supply?
