Bonjour

Having trouble with Bonjour reading my players on LAN. I tried downloading the latest iTunes for Windows 10 but had no luck, actually Bonjour was never loaded. Apparently Apple removed it from iTunes. Next step was to install Bonjour Print Services as a standalone App, but still won't read the players on the network.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I've also emailed support but can't seem to get a solid answer.

Here is the version I use at the moment in 32 and 64 bit versions.  I extracted these from an iTunes installer a few months ago.

Thank you!! Do I still need to install iTunes or will this hopefully solve the issue with the players not being recognized?

No idea.  I never installed iTunes.

Indeed it appears Apple has recently removed Bonjour from iTunes (12.7 doesn't have it, 12.4 definitely did).

Bonjour is still included in the AirPort Utility 5.6.1 - you can uninstall the AirPort application after installation.

The Bonjour Print Services version will not work with recent BrightAuthor versions as it is too old.

Unfortunately Apple still doesn't seem to have an updated Bonjour version for separate download.

And No, iTunes is not required to use BrightAuthor or BrightSign players.  It was just a recognizable package that included a new-enough Bonjour version.
