Moving player to different group in BSN.

I've set up a couple of new players (HD223s) in a clients BSN. They are in group 'unassigned' and I have created a new group I want to move them to. When I do the move I get prompted "Are you sure....etc" and I click OK. The player appears to move, but when I refresh the groups tab after around 10 seconds the player is back in the unassigned group.

Any ideas? I have already been able to successfully move some other players from groups to other groups without issue.

    I encountered the same very (very) recently, also with HD223.
    The player was in the ‘Default’ group.
    The way I got it moving was by publishing a blank presentation to the default group.
    Once it was running I was able to move the player.

    I have experienced this issue as well with our BSNEE.
