HD1010 Not Displaying Content from SD Card

Hello,

I have a SD card already in use and we are wanting to change the content on it. However, once I delete the old content and publish the new content onto the SD card, the HD 1010 begins to load but blacks out. Then my display gives an error: "Attention. No Signal. Please Select Signal Input or Selection." 

The new content is a .mp4 format and the BrightAuthor set up is the same. Any help would be highly appreciated.

    There may be an encoding issue with the file.

    Here is a simple way of confirming that an encoded file is compatible.

    Place it on a blank SD card, and reboot or power up.

    The player should play any video found on the card, provided that it is in the correct format.

    So the original presentation was published from BrightAuthor, did you delete any of the content from the card?  You shouldn't delete anything from the card, just Publish from BrightAuthor "over" it.

    If you deleted stuff from the card, you should write setup files again from Tools>Setup BrightSign Unit to the card, power up the player with the card to apply the configuration, then publish from BrightAuthor to the card.
