Hello, we have Brightauthor 4.7 here and we are trying to create a 100 image sequence controlled by serial event. The resolution is 4K. The images should scroll forward and backward in the list. The Media List is in Video or Images Zone and we have a transparent .png on Images Zone above. The player is XD1033. The player shows just the .png on the first image of the sequence. Firmware is updated. What should we do?

Bright Scripters Could you share a download link to an export of your BrightAuthor presentation?
In order to keep the download small, it would probably be sufficient to only include 3 images in the Media List.
If confidentiality is a concern, then you could use placeholder images, so we can reproduce the issue, and offer a solution.
