Our Presentation content is located on Local Network drives. When we go to upload to Brightsign Network, BrightAuthor shows a popup saying WRITING FILE for 15-20 minutes before we see new (added) files being uploaded to Brightsign Network.
Presentation contains multiple Video files and only new files upload as they should. We look at Network in task manager and it hits 80% usage while the WRITING FILE pop up is on screen, as if the whole presentation gets downloaded from our local Network to the Workstation before added files start uploading to Brightsign network.
These delays werent happening when files were hosted on ONEDRIVE since files were duplicated on local drive and Onedrive network.
We did validate PORTS and firewall rules. Transfer speed is good once WRITING FILE pop up disappears.
Is there a local workstation CACHING system that we could enable ?
