LS424: Autorun Script Fails with &hf7

My LS424 stopped showing the menu for my restaurant and I have tried everything to get it back up and running.
I am using the latest version of BrightSign::Connected 1.17.14 and the latest version of the OS 8.5.33.
I am able to publish my presentation to the device, but it does warn me that the minimum OS Version is 9.0.22.3. I suspect this may be the issue. There is no firmware for the LS424 that matches that version number.
My ideas are...
- The version mismatch is causing a problem
- The video file is causing a problem
- Something has gone wrong with the hardware
Not sure where to go from here.

Was your presentation created specifically for LS424?

Put differently; when a presentation is created, there is an opportunity to select a model. Was LS424 selected during creation of presentation?

I have only seen that menu option in the schedule/publish step. Where is it in the presentation part?

I was able to get it to work when I tried again today. I created a new presentation and select LS424 added the video file created my schedule and clicked publish and it worked. I also don't remember it showing me the 9.0.22.3 warning. I tried to redo the process and it gave me the warning. This time I abandoned the process because I did get it to work.
With this presentation, when I tried it again, I see the warning about the version.
Do you suspect that a presentation file for version 9.0.22.3 was uploaded and it was incompatible with the device on version 8?
I also changed the TV it was connected to. Maybe that was the problem? Either way happy this is resolved. I shouldn't have to touch this again. I originally set it up for a friend and it stopped working earlier this week. Banged my head for hours yesterday trying to get it to work. Finally have it working now so I am not going to touch it again.

Glad to see you were able to resolve.

It looks like all you are trying to accomplish is looping a video.

You could try and simply place your video file on a blank SD card and simply things by eliminating BA altogether.

If that works your friend would thank you as they would be able to update the content on their own :)
