We are having a few issues uploading 3 files for a syncronisation project using BrightAuthor and BrightSign Network.
BrightSign is the XT1144.
We are running 4k files encoded in H265.
The presentation works fine on BrightAuthor publishing on local network.
When we go to upload the presentation, it times out. Is this due to file size, which really in 2021 is not that big.. Each 4K video is 11GB.
You might want to try and deliver the media using Live Media Feed or Dynamic Playlist.
Regardless of the this particular issue, you'd be able to publish faster as the media already resides in the cloud.
Can you still sync 3 files if its a live feed or Dynamic playlist ?
Could you sync for example 3 files that are sitting on a local network drive or NAS?
