Simple File Networking problem on ls-424 but works on XT1143 player
I use the same SD card in each player and simple file networking works on the XT1143 player but it doesnt work on the LS-424 player. Same files and same SD card.
Whats going on with the LS-424 player?
I have the latest firmware and brightauthor software
please help
I have had a lot of wierd issues with the LS424 the past weeks
Have the players lost power? LS424 does not have a persistent clock so if it has lost power and cannot contact the configured time server to set its clock, it will not only play all-day, every-day presentations (nothing with defined start/end/recurrence), and it will not be able to contact any HTTPS resources.
You can check the player's Diagnostic Web Server Info tab to see if it's registering a reasonably-correct date/time. If the clock isn't set, the date/time will be January 2000.
