Glitch using synchronisation

Hello,

I am using two Brightsign HD223 in synchronisation with 2 video files. The synchro works fine between the two Brightsign, there is no delay. But sometimes, the image just turns off for like 2 or 3 seconds, in the middle of the video file or anytime it wants... and the Master file makes glitches in the video.

I tried to change the hdmi cable, to change the micro SD card, to see if the problem was from my video export, I re-edit a presentation.... But the same thing is happening again only when there is a synchronisation.

  Which resolution are you using?
  I had some glitches problems and was related to the video mode selected..

  The resolution is 1280px*800px (16:10 definition). When I created the presentation I specified this resolution.

  It's runing on two projectors.

  Check this link. I suggest you to find another video mode that your momitor can display and make the test..

  I read it but I didn't really understand the term "video mode", what I was suppose to change..

  I can't change my definition in 16:9 because the projection need to scale to a specific screen, and a 16:10 image match to it. But I can try to change the resolution in 1280*800*75p instead of 1280*800*60p. That is what the link meant ?

  Yes, as per the link sent,  you have 2 options (if that is the reason of the problem):

  Change the video mode in your brightsign player so it matches one of the preferred modes in your projector (check the user  manual)

  Re-encode the video to 59.810Hz instead of 60hz.
