unable to open project

hello

i try to open a project  on my  new computer  windows 10 v ba 4.7.2.18

i have this message unable to open.

i create this project  on a other computer windows 7 ,i open this project  on this computer no problem v ba 4.7.2.18

any idea

    It's an old ticket, but maybe someone else has the same problem.

    I had the same issue from one day to another. Solving the issue, I created a new project file (.bpf) and started comparing it with the old one. Noticed that the <zoomValue>1.1875</zoomValue> changed from , (comma) to . (period) and remembered that I recently changed the regional settings from my computer. Changing it back resolved the problem.

    Hope it helps someone in the future.
